LINE-UP:

AJA!

Oram Award winning musician Aja Ireland is part noise artist; part living, writhing, screaming sculpture. AJA's performances are brutally confrontational and dreamily transcendent in equal measure. They will blow your tiny minds, that’s a promise. Genuinely, it is probably one of the most intense musical experiences you can have.

Max Willems!

Max is a genuine crab scientist and PhD researcher at the Alfred Wegener Institute! They work on crabs from the North Sea Coast, East Africa and on Cod in the North Pole. They will be the first ever fully-qualified carcinologist to speak for us, so we’re beyond excited!

Comedians in STEM!

Freya McGhee is returning to perform for the museum and this time they’re bringing their colleague in comedy Alex Mason! Expect maths, graphs, tales of love and chemical bonds! With additional slating of ex-boyfriends for good measure, lol.

Slayphex Twins!

Fresh from a summer of totally lit shows, Slayphex Twins are a whirlwind of hardstyle, nightcore, jungle, hyperpop and pure party vibes. Featuring some of the highest octane and most ridiculous music Margate has seen since, well, our last birthday party.

Trancey Beaker!

Minion-coded hard trance legend all the way from the metropolis. Trancey Beaker is a long-time crab fan and certified multi-genre floor filler ready to shell-down in the extreme. It’s going to be a serious vibe.

Museum Residents and Friends!

Crab staffers and pals explore mansplaining in the natural sciences, hold onto your clipboards, this one might piss you off.
